MEND

Mental · Emotional · Needs · Direction

Where men come to heal, connect, and grow.

Who Are We?

MEND is a UK-based men’s mental health and wellbeing service offering specialised group psychotherapy and support for men. We help men heal from trauma, improve relationships, and develop emotional resilience through a safe, supportive, and practical approach.

Founded by experienced psychotherapists Roy Akins and Genovieve Feasey, MEND was created to meet the growing need for male-focused mental health support in the UK - providing spaces where men can talk openly, connect authentically, and make meaningful change.

MEND is committed to supporting individuals in understanding their mental and emotional needs while providing clear direction toward positive growth and well-being. Through education, community, and empowerment, we guide people to make meaningful choices and improve their lives.

Through our group sessions and workshops, we help men understand their emotions, build resilience, and create lasting positive transformation. Our approach blends traditional counselling, trauma-informed therapy, and practical coaching - because we believe emotional health is built on both understanding and action.

"These sessions aren’t just talk - they’re practical, supportive, and life-changing. Each theme gives you tools for real-life challenges, peer connection, and the chance to break old patterns. Because healing is strength and no man should have to do it alone."
