• Face-to-Face Therapy – £75 per session
  In-person 1:1 sessions offering a safe, confidential environment to explore challenges and wellbeing.

• Therapeutic Coaching – £85 per session
  A forward-focused approach combining coaching and therapeutic techniques to build resilience, clarity, and growth.

• Pre-Trial Therapy – £95 per session
  Specialist support for individuals involved in legal proceedings, following national guidance to prioritise wellbeing while protecting the integrity of the trial.
